国务院食安办部署加强暑期、汛期食品安全工作|欧美日韩一区二区三区

  中新网7月27日电 据“市说新语”微信公众号消息,近日,国务院食安办印发通知,要求各地食安办要切实发挥统筹协调作用,加强暑期、汛期食品安全工作,全力保障人民群众饮食安全。

  通知要求,要督促食品生产经营企业严格落实“日管控、周排查、月调度”制度,全面排查场所环境、设施设备、原料采购、加工制作、贮存管理、人员健康等方面的风险隐患;认真做好食品原料清理、环境清洁、设备检修、用具消毒等工作,确保符合食品生产经营要求;采取有效措施防止食品及食品相关产品污染,严防腐败变质、污秽不洁的食品、食品原料、半成品流入市场,及时处置污染、变质食品。

  通知强调,各地要针对米面油、肉蛋奶、调味品等消费量大的食品,婴幼儿、老人等重点人群食品,以及向灾区集中调拨、捐赠、销售和灾区企业生产销售的食品,加大日常监管力度,抽检发现不合格食品,一律依法下架、召回,并采取相应处置措施;要对通过日常监督检查、12315平台、全国食品安全内部知情人举报系统等途径发现的违法违规问题线索,及时开展情况核查并依法依规进行处置,严厉打击在受灾地区和农村、城中村等重点地区生产经营假冒伪劣、过期变质、受污水浸泡的食品等违法违规行为;要及时发布食品安全消费提示,加强舆情监测和舆论引导,及时澄清不实信息,回应社会关切;要强化应急值班值守,加强跨部门沟通协作,认真落实重要信息直报快报要求,重大情况第一时间报告。
