我国科研团队在钙钛矿发光二极管领域取得新进展|办公室疯狂高潮呻吟摸a片
新华社南京11月12日电(记者陈席元)记者11月12日从南京工业大学获悉,该校柔性电子全国重点实验室主任、中国科学院院士黄维与王建浦、王娜娜教授团队创新提出“层间光子循环”,将叠层钙钛矿发光二极管(LED)的外量子效率提升至45.5%。国际学术期刊《自然》12日在线发表相关论文。
王娜娜介绍,钙钛矿光伏电池将光能转化为电能,钙钛矿LED则相反,将电能转化为光能。相较成熟的有机LED,钙钛矿LED在发光亮度和色纯度方面更有优势,也是近年来全球新型发光与显示技术的研究热点。
目前,成熟的有机LED普遍采用叠层器件结构,通过串联多个发光单元,在提高亮度的同时延长器件寿命。而叠层钙钛矿LED的外量子效率长期未突破10%,成为钙钛矿LED产业化进程中的一处瓶颈。
“叠层不是简单的‘1+1=2’,其核心难点在于连接层要同时实现高效的载流子注入与光子透射,并在溶液逐层旋涂的过程中,保证每一层钙钛矿薄膜的质量。”王建浦介绍,十余年来,团队不断优化连接层和钙钛矿发光层的微纳结构,创新提出“层间光子循环”,让一层钙钛矿层产生的光子,可以被另一个钙钛矿层重新吸收并再次发射,从而突破传统光提取效率的限制。
实验结果显示,团队制备的叠层钙钛矿LED器件外量子效率达45.5%。《自然》审稿人评价,此次提出的“层间光子循环”,为今后提升钙钛矿LED效率开辟了一个重要方向。
黄维表示,尽管团队制备的叠层钙钛矿LED尚处于实验室阶段,但器件效率已达商业化水平。团队将尝试放大实验室成果,稳步推进钙钛矿LED产业化。
