安徽新车上牌“一件事”上线 车主十分钟体验“零跑腿”|武则天a片丰满奶水
中新网合肥11月1日电(记者 赵强)“10分钟就完成了选号上牌,特别方便!”11月1日,在合肥一汽车交付中心,作为安徽首位通过“一网通办”成功办理新车上牌的车主,李先生表示:“15年前首次购车时需花费大半天奔波办理,如今‘指尖一点’的体验堪称革命性变化。”

当日起,公安部交通管理局在全国全面推行国产小客车新车上牌“一件事”,同时推出6项公安交管“一网通办”服务新措施,进一步提升公安交管服务质效。
截至2025年9月底已达341.5万辆。本次新政是公安部深化“高效办成一件事”改革,服务汽车产业高质量发展与民众美好出行的重要举措。
合肥市公安局车辆和驾驶人管理所业务受理指导科科长陶余宝介绍说,该新政核心在于“前置查验、数据跑路、电子归档”,即汽车生产环节即完成车辆查验,确保唯一性;“交管12123”App自动核查税务、保险等信息,民众免交纸质材料;工作人员受理时以审核代录入,实现了全业务数字化办理。
“我们已协同30余家汽车生产企业实现新车‘出厂预查验’信息联网。”陶余宝说:“将查验环节融入生产线,意味着民众购车后无需再赴车管所交验车辆。”
合肥市公安局车辆和驾驶人管理所副所长桂琳表示,车管部门将持续优化流程并加强宣传,让更多民众享受“指尖办理”的便捷。(完)
