中新网南宁9月10日电 (陈沿佑)近日,位于广西钦州市的平陆运河青年枢纽输水廊道输水系统实现全面封顶。该输水廊道输水系统是青年枢纽建设的关键控制性工程之一。

据了解,青年枢纽船闸采用先进的“闸底长廊道侧支孔出水+互灌互泄式”输水系统设计,是目前国内在建最大的互灌互泄式省水船闸。输水廊道系统构造复杂,具备分层布设、立体交叉、断面形式多变等特性。整个输水廊道混凝土浇筑总量达8.252万立方米,共划分为258仓,自开工以来历经190天圆满收官。此次封顶的14号段廊道第五层结构,长28.97米,宽28.26米,浇筑混凝土1228.03立方米。

面对输水廊道分层布设、立体交叉的复杂结构,建设者们化身“空间魔术师”,首次引入P6+BIM数字孪生技术,让每条廊道在虚拟世界中先“活”起来。每当遇到弯道和变截面等难题时,定制化模板模块如乐高积木般精准拼接,盘口支架体系则在错综复杂的结构中架起钢铁骨架,有效化解了传统支架体系在复杂结构中适应性差的问题。
此外,针对大体积混凝土连续浇筑入仓难题,团队创新研发自升式履带布料机,可随施工高度调整,并依据仓面结构,采用多台履带布料机协同作业,优化布料控制,确保施工顺利推进。(完)
