  中新网广州11月29日电 (记者 蔡敏婕)秋冬季节,由于天气温度湿度的变化,容易引起皮肤锁水能力下降进而引发干燥,瘙痒,甚至敏感。南方医科大学皮肤病医院医学美容部运营主任王辉29日表示,秋冬护肤无需追求复杂流程,关键在于“保湿”和“强屏障”两大要点。

  “很多人认为保湿需要叠加爽肤水、精华液等多重产品,其实大可不必。”王辉称,秋冬护肤应以膏霜类产品为主,这类产品含有的保湿剂和封闭剂,能有效减少皮肤水分流失,提高皮肤耐受性,是最理想的保湿选择。在日常保湿护理方面,她特别推荐维生素E乳膏,“洗完澡后使用,对缓解秋冬皮肤瘙痒效果显著。”

  清洁环节的“减法”同样重要。王辉强调,过度清洁会破坏皮肤屏障,加重干燥敏感。“没有化彩妆时,使用普通洗面奶即可;此外,清洁水温以接近体温为宜,敏感肌肤可2至3天使用一次洗面奶,非敏感肌肤一天一次,特别油的肌肤可考虑一天两次,需根据自身皮肤类型调整使用频次。”她说。

  除面部护理外,身体护理和衣物选择也不容忽视。王辉称,秋冬沐浴建议少用沐浴露,水温控制在37-40℃的温热状态,既能达到清洁效果,又能避免刺激皮肤。沐浴后需及时涂抹身体乳,皮肤不耐受者可选择一些含有神经酰胺,角鲨烷,脂肪酸这类修复性成分的保湿产品。在衣物选择上,建议秋冬内层衣物以棉线为主,减少对皮肤的刺激。

  王辉提醒,若怀疑自身患有干燥综合征这类全身免疫性疾病,应及时面诊医生,医院可通过抽血、皮肤CT、皮肤镜等辅助检查明确病因等多种检测手段明确病因;日常养护可使用保湿霜或乳缓解不适,具体治疗需由医生制定个性化诊疗方案。(完)
