  回锅肉、麻婆豆腐、豆瓣鱼……这些令人垂涎的经典川菜背后,都离不开一种核心调味品——郫县豆瓣。拥有三百多年历史的它,被誉为“川菜之魂”,如今正突破地域界限,从中国西南的小城迈向世界舞台。在2025年日本大阪世博会成都专题推介会上,郫县豆瓣成为焦点。四川省郫县豆瓣股份有限公司携多款产品参展,吸引了众多在日餐饮业者关注。

  目前,郫都区已有71家企业使用“郫县豆瓣”地理标志证明商标,郫县豆瓣已发展成为百亿元级产业,产品远销美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等80多个国家和地区,成为名副其实的“川菜名片”。如今,这座小城里的“红色产业”正焕发新生机。当地创新建设的全国首个以地方菜系命名的产业园区——中国川菜产业城,郫县豆瓣工厂入驻其中,已发展成为工业旅游示范基地,每年吸引超4万名游客到厂参观体验。

  2025年5月1日,《四川省促进川菜发展条例》正式施行,成为全国首个涉及川菜发展的省级地方性法规。条例明确鼓励原辅料企业开拓海外市场、提升产品品质,为郫县豆瓣全球化发展注入新动能。
