  中新网太原7月15日电 (刘小红)15日,山西省气象台升级发布高温红色预警,预警区域覆盖临汾、运城,预计未来24小时预警区域最高气温将升至40℃以上。

  7月14日至19日,受高压暖脊的影响,山西省的中南部地区将出现持续性高温天气。其中,15日和16日是此次高温过程的最强阶段。

  山西省气象台消息显示,受暖气团(高压脊)控制,未来三天(今天、明天、后天)山西省的中部和南部地区将持续遭遇高温酷热天气,尤其是南部,部分地区最高温可能达到37℃甚至42℃以上。

  山西省气象台首席预报员王洪霞表示,由于目前正值盛夏,大气低层的湿度相对比较大,所以体感会更加闷热。

  除了中南部的高温天气,山西省气象台还提示民众小心“暴脾气”的雨。消息显示,东部、临汾、运城、晋城等地这几天时不时会有阵雨或雷雨,这种雨可能来得猛、去得快(短时强降水),还常带着电闪雷鸣和大风,出门最好带伞,遇到强对流天气赶紧找安全地方躲避。(完)
